Right in the heart of the Ammerland, the Cafe & Hotel Plauderei is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions into the charming field, forest and moor landscape. Colourful gardens, green parks and lots of natural beauty are waiting to be explored.
The proximity to the coast gives us a healthy, maritime climate. The Zwischenahner lake, center of our health resort is practically on our doorstep. Here, you can do water sports, surf, sail or swim to your hearts extent. How about a long walk along the eleven kilometre shoreline? The 526 hectare inland lake can be wonderfully explored with a ship of the „White Fleet“. Garden of mirrors, small fragrance arena or hedge gallery: in the park of gardens you can be inspired in many ways.
The „Zwischenahn Week“ with its cabaret, a craft market, a parade and lots of music is a popular event that takes place every August.
